On June 5, 2026 more than 120 golfers teed up for 18 holes in support of the Hempfield Foundation. Through sponsorships, door prize entries, raffle entries, and on-course fundraisers, the Hempfield Foundation was able to raise more than $16,000 for our Teacher Grant Program! This money will be used to fund grants across the district, in all areas of education—from ELA to STEM, arts education to athletics.
During the reception, Dr. Andrea Rutledge—a Landisville Middle School Teacher, Hempfield Foundation Board Member, and former Hempfield Foundation grant recipient—shared a message from Alexander Burdyn, the 2025 Hempfield Foundation “Class of 1960 Award” recipient.
We also recognized our tournament, raffle, and door prize winners.
