The Hempfield Foundation is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kevin Fillgrove as our new Executive Director, effective July 1, 2025.
Kevin brings a remarkable 37 years of experience in public education to this role, including the last 16 years as the principal of Cedar Cliff High School. His long-standing dedication to students, educators, and community partnerships makes him a natural fit to lead the Hempfield Foundation as we continue to support innovative learning opportunities throughout the Hempfield School District.
Kevin and his wife, Anna, have been proud members of the Hempfield community since 1998. All four of their children graduated from Hempfield High School, giving Kevin a deep and personal connection to the district and its mission.
